Presentation guideline

Oral presentation

The total time for a plenary talk is limited to 30 minutes, and the total time for an invited talk is limited to 20 minutes. The session chairs will give you reminders when you have 3 minutes and 1 minute remaining.

Please prepare your presentation in PowerPoint and test the file during the break before your session.

Poster presentation

A poster board in portrait format is reserved for each poster. Authors are recommended to prepare and print their posters in a size of 1200 mm (height) × 900 mm (width), and bring them to the conference venue. The presenting author is expected to present their work in front of the poster during the poster session. Poster prizes will be awarded to outstanding poster presentations.
